We have hosted the application powermgr in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about powermgr:

powermgr is a Perl script that glues together all the aspects of power management on a Linux system and allows the system to switch between power "profiles" based on the state of the system (e.g., battery capacity, load average, etc.).
