portable forth environment

We have hosted the application portable forth environment in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about portable forth environment:

The Portable Forth Environment implements the ANSI Forth Standard,
it is fully written in C, the newer version has a module concept,
and it is fully multithreaded. Autoconf used. Tested in embedded environments.
