poppler qt5 for mingw32

We have hosted the application poppler qt5 for mingw32 in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about poppler qt5 for mingw32:

Compiled on windows 7 with mingw32

last version: I added the missing dll

Features:

• poppler with qt5
• poppler with png and openjpg only for fewer dlls
• cairo output
