Quick description about poiexplorer:

POIExplorer downloads and manages POI files (Place Of Interest) for GSP devices like TOMTOM. It can change the picture associated, read/write many formats like TomTom Navigator, Generic ASCII, CVS Destinator and Navman, displays the location via HTML map.
