We have hosted the application plumber in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about plumber:

plumber is an R package that enables rapid creation of HTTP APIs by decorating existing R functions with special roxygen-style comments. It transforms R scripts into RESTful web services with minimal setup and integrates easily with RStudio or CI environments.

Features:

• Annotate R functions with #* @get, #* @post, etc. to create API endpoints
• Automatic request parsing into function arguments
• Supports filters, middleware, and routers for modular APIs
• Optional asynchronous request handling via future and promises
• Deployable from RStudio or as Docker services
