plotter to run in windows online over linux online

We have hosted the application plotter to run in windows online over linux online in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about plotter to run in windows online over linux online:

Plotter displays bitmaps with "fireworks", pixel by pixel. it requires gdi+ and displays either a bitmap specified from the command line or the bitmap in its resources (if any).
