plan handler

We have hosted the application plan handler in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about plan handler:

Utility to facilitate time-sensitive use of .plan and .project files. Curses-based interface allows user to easily view, edit, replace, and delete contents. A timestamp is automatically prepended to the file contents.

Audience: End Users/Desktop.
User interface: Curses/Ncurses.
