pkgin

We have hosted the application pkgin in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about pkgin:

pkgin is aimed at being an apt / yum like tool for managing pkgsrc binary packages. It relies on pkg_summary(5) for installation, removal and upgrade of packages and associated dependencies, using a remote repository.

Audience: End Users/Desktop.
User interface: Console/Terminal.
Programming Language: C.
Database Environment: SQLite.
