pkg config lite

We have hosted the application pkg config lite in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about pkg config lite:

pkg-config-lite is based on pkg-config, but is built with a glib code snippet which eliminates the glib dependency, so it is possible once again to build and run pkg-config without dependencies.

Version: 0.28-1 (based on pkg-config-0.28).

Features:

• Otherwise identical with pkg-config (same code base & version number)
