We have hosted the application pizza py in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about pizza py:

Pizza.py is a collection of Python tools that perform pre- and post-processing for the LAMMPS molecular dynamics package (or other simulators). Software wrapped by Pizza.py, so it can be invoked from Python, includes GnuPlot, MatLab, Raster3d, and RasMol

Audience: End Users/Desktop, Science/Research.
User interface: Command-line, OpenGL, Tk, X Window System (X11).
Programming Language: Python.
