pingo is not a penguin

We have hosted the application pingo is not a penguin in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about pingo is not a penguin:

Pingo is a software to monitor your network connection quality. It does this by pinging user-defined hosts with desired interval. All status changes are written to logfiles which are plain text.

The software is in beta-state but it works quite nicely.

Audience: End Users/Desktop, System Administrators.
