phpatheme online with Winfy

We have hosted the application phpatheme in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about phpatheme:

PHPAtheme allows IRC networks to enable their users to directly control their service account via the web. It currently integrates with ChanServ, NickServ, and MemoServ. Modules are planned to enable HostServ, OperServ, as well as ALIS.
