phoneping online with Winfy

We have hosted the application phoneping in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about phoneping:

A small perl script that works with the vgetty package to allow you to call a phone number, type in an IP Address using DTMF, and have the system tell you if that site is up or down. Next up is "canned" IP Address support for commonly pinged addresses.

Audience: System Administrators.
User interface: Non-interactive (Daemon).
