overlapper online with Winfy

We have hosted the application overlapper in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Python 2.7+

Usage

python overlapper.py <forward_reads.fastq> <reverse_reads.fastq> <min_overlap> <min_similarity>
