onboard c online with Winfy

We have hosted the application onboard c in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about onboard c:

OnBoard C is a C compiler that runs on and creates executables for
the Palm OS.

OnBoard C creates stand-alone, fully-fledged PRCs -- there's no need
for run time libraries or any other software to run an executable
created by OnBoard C.
