Basic Octave implementation of the matlab raspi extension,
allowing communication to a Raspberry Pi board to control its
hardware.

Features:

• Works with GNU octave v4.4 and higher
• Uses pigpiod on the Raspberry PI to communicate between the host and Pi.
• Provides PWM, SPI, I2C, SERIAL and Digitial I/O functions.
