nsisplus to run in windows online over linux online

We have hosted the application nsisplus to run in windows online over linux online in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Includes 3dparty forked libraries recompiled with the latest NSIS SDK under the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 including bug fix and new implementation.
