We have hosted the application netreg web based administration in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about netreg web based administration:

Administration page for NetReg v 1.3 CIDR . Provides PostgreSQL database integration as well as the ability to modify the dhcpd.conf.new file through the web interface.
Can also be used as a standalone interface for standard DHCPd servers.
