multiple access chat server

We have hosted the application multiple access chat server in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about multiple access chat server:

an internet chat++ server, providing access through many interfaces, currently planning to use the following:
IRC(s), HTTP(s), ssh, telnet(s), msn, aim, yahoo, icq, jabber(s),
and custom clients.

Audience: Developers, End Users/Desktop.
User interface: Non-interactive (Daemon), Web-based.
Programming Language: Perl.
Database Environment: Perl DBI/DBD.
