ms2analyzer online with Winfy

We have hosted the application ms2analyzer in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about ms2analyzer:

A java software to search neutral loss, precursor ion, product ion and m/z difference in MSMS spectra. The input file can be MGF/MSP file and the output is an Excel 2003 spreadsheet that contains all the search results. Users can write their own query text file based on their study purposes.
