mpegsplit library

We have hosted the application mpegsplit library in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about mpegsplit library:

mpegsplit can split a system mpeg stream into the contained
packet streams, esp. plain audio and Video streams. It is now
a reentrant library that could be expanded into a multi-purpose
reader of mpeg-encoded packet-streams, but is not.
