mpack 1 7

We have hosted the application mpack 1 7 in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about mpack 1 7:

Windows 32-bit port of mpack/munpack using the version 1.6 source obtained from http: //ftp.andrew.cmu.edu/pub/mpack/, which was largely written by John G. Myers. The version 1.7 here was compiled with MinGW using the Bloodshed Dev C++ IDE.
