We have hosted the application metabodia in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about metabodia:

Mass spectrometry with data independent acquisition enables fragmentation for a comprehensive set of precursor ions, allowing for improved identification and quantification of metabolites. We developed a bioinformatics toolbox MetaboDIA to build a consensus spectral assay library of fragment ions for metabolites, verify the identities against external MS/MS libraries, and extract quantitative data for fragment ions.
