meta package manager

We have hosted the application meta package manager in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about meta package manager:

Meta Package Manager wraps all package managers with a unifying CLI, and provides the MPM CLI, a wrapper around all package managers. MPM is like yt-dlp, but for package managers instead of videos.
