We have hosted the application manifestocoder in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about manifestocoder:

ManifestoCoder finds words in political party manifestos and encodes them according to a supplied dictionary. In addition, it provides feedback to facilitate improvement of the dictionary.
