Quick description about maddstress:

MaddStress is a simple denial-of-service (DDoS) attack tool that refers to attempts to burden a network or server with requests, making it unavailable to users.

I created this tool for system administrators and game developers to test their servers. Use at your own risk.

NOTE:
Use Remote Desktop Protocol to Use This Program, If You Using Own Network It Will Have No Effect.
