macts online with Winfy

We have hosted the application macts in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about macts:

MACTS is a traffic shaper that uses MAC addresses which are associated with users to classify traffic. This allows fair usage of bandwidth among many machines. Additionally, there is a stats monitor that can display text or generate graphs (CLI/CGI).
