licq osd

We have hosted the application licq osd in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about licq osd:

licq-osd is a licq plugin which provides an On Screen Display on new messages. Whenever a message arrives it is displayed on screen as an OSD message for a few seconds. Development is done at the main licq svn repository.

Audience: End Users/Desktop.
User interface: X Window System (X11).
