libraries for electrophysiological data

We have hosted the application libraries for electrophysiological data in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about libraries for electrophysiological data:

This project houses software to analyze data acquired from electrophysiology experiments. Currently, we have an Octave/MATLAB program to analyze electroneurogram traces of coupled oscillators, and a Perl library for the analysis of voltage trace data.
