libirman online with Winfy

We have hosted the application libirman in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about libirman:

The irman driver is originally developed for the irman devices, see
http: //www.intolect.com/irmandetail.htm. These are nowadays discontinued. However, some modern hardware (notably the irtoy) is able to emulate the irman protocol

The package contains a library and some test tools.
