kmlbuffer

We have hosted the application kmlbuffer in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about kmlbuffer:

Given the POIs and the distance of buffer in a txt files delimited by spaces/tabs/newlines, the program reads them and creates buffers around them and creates a KML file of it which can be viewed by Google earth.
