klbcopy replaces robocopy perl online with Winfy

We have hosted the application klbcopy replaces robocopy perl in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about klbcopy replaces robocopy perl:

ROBOCOPY.EXE halts with a "Runtime error R6002" (after a certain # files or dirs).

So I decided to write my own version, in Perl. I'm striving to have the output be *identical* to Robocopy's output, so existing scripts will not break.
