jxmlwhois online with Winfy

We have hosted the application jxmlwhois in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about jxmlwhois:

Query Whois server in Java and get a uniform xml result.

It's a first version of the code, some refactoring is needed to have something clean.

It actually work well on lot's of whois format but without an url to test each server format it's quite difficult to figure what rules to add.
