We have hosted the application jpg2html in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about jpg2html:

jpg2html is a series of C programs that embeds JPG images
into HTML. Images are comparatively highly compressed (using
RLE and BASE64) and decoded using JavaScript.
