We have hosted the application jpeg it in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about jpeg it:

Software that produces a HTML gallery from a set of JPEG files. The software generates thumbnails, adds a description to the html's which the user can specify and produces scaled images. JPEG IT also generates a perl script for adding comments.
