ircmanager online with Winfy

We have hosted the application ircmanager in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about ircmanager:

IrcManager is a commandline tool for Linux that can download files from xdcc bots.

Only active dcc transfer is supported. Server password and channel password are not supported at this point.

Audience: End Users/Desktop.
User interface: Command-line.
