irc support

We have hosted the application irc support in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about irc support:

This tool is intended to help a support manager to communicate with his team in a more synchronous way than by a web interface. It is based on IRC protocol, written in Perl with GTK+ toolkit. It use Net: : IRC and Glade.
