irc protection bot

We have hosted the application irc protection bot in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about irc protection bot:

ircpbot is a bot that can do some usefull things like
voicing xdcc server (detection by name)
kicking xdcc leech bots (det. by ctcp version)
flood protection (kick, ban, +m +i +M +R)
some more features if people request it.


User interface: Win32 (MS Windows).
Programming Language: Delphi/Kylix.
