irc library

We have hosted the application irc library in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about irc library:

Library for write irc bots and clients for linux in C. This library simplifies the tasks of writing irc applications. A small ircbot that uses all the features of the library is included with the source.
