iqm plugin ppi to run in windows online over linux online

We have hosted the application iqm plugin ppi to run in windows online over linux online in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

This is an IQM plugin to compute the PPI index for binary digital images. This index represents the compactness of an object.
PPI is computed with the FFI index and the Lacunarity using the ToW algorithm:
PPI = FFI^(Ltw)

Installation instruction:
Copy newest jar file to the "Plugins" directory which should be located in the directory of your local IQM main application.
