ipfs geoip

We have hosted the application ipfs geoip in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about ipfs geoip:

GeoIP lookup over IPFS. GeoIP lookup over DAG-CBOR dataset loaded from IPFS.
