ip camera emulator

We have hosted the application ip camera emulator in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about ip camera emulator:

Python script which emulates an IP camera. Currently acts as Axis 223M, supports only MJPEG format and some VAPIX parameters ('fps' and 'resolution'). Based on this project: http: //sourceforge.net/projects/axisemulator/, some serious bugs fixed.
