intool to run in windows online over linux online

We have hosted the application intool to run in windows online over linux online in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

a small launchpad for russian Lineage II game client that also fixes disconnections caused by frost on low end computers. this tool is now outdated and bannable. the source code will remain publicly available as an implementation example, though.
