internet speed monitor

We have hosted the application internet speed monitor in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about internet speed monitor:

Finally!!!!!!!!!!!
a software which not only show internet speed but total download and upload of internet usage

It do not have taskbar window
no minimize or maximize button
windows is always on top

TU : total uploaded bytes shown as MB
U : upload speed in kb per second

TD : total downloaded bytes shown as MB
D : download speed in kb per second

--------- Versions ----------------
Version 1 = no color , speed always shown in kbps
Version 2 = speed color become red when speed is more then 1 mbps
Version 3 = same as version 2 but converts kbps into mbps when speed is more then 1 mbps

requires dot net framework 3.5 to run (which is already installed in windows 7 )

it is a 32 bit executable file which can be run on both 32 bit and 64 bit windows operating system.
