icms online with Winfy

We have hosted the application icms in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about icms:

ICMS is being written in PHP, from php.net. Your version of PHP should be higher than 4.2.0. I have found lots of cms require mysql to work so this cms is designed (and will) work without mysql and aims to improve site organization.

Audience: Advanced End Users, Developers, End Users/Desktop.
User interface: Web-based.
Programming Language: PHP.
Database Environment: Flat-file.
