Quick description about hyscar:

Hyscar is a multi-headed OSCAR (AOL, ICQ) IM client and daemon, written on PHP and based on PICQ. It listens for requests and preforms requested actions via one of its ICQ connections. Find it useful? You're welcome to take over the project.
