hposim online with Winfy

We have hosted the application hposim in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about hposim:

This package implements multiple similarity measures for HPO terms, genes and diseases.
It is aiming at phenotype analysis for gene sets and disease sets.
Functions for HPO enrichment analysis is also provided.
