We have hosted the application hoosns in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about hoosns:

Hoosns is an ultra simple DNS server. It looks to a 'hosts' file and serves the name/IP mappings found there. Hoosns will respond to A, AAAA and PTR requests. It could be useful in circumstances where a test or temporary name server is required.

Audience: System Administrators.
User interface: Win32 (MS Windows).
Programming Language: Visual Basic.
