hlwatch to run in windows online over linux online

We have hosted the application hlwatch to run in windows online over linux online in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

HLWatch is an Open Source Webinterface for any Half-Life based server (like Counter-Strike). It allows the user to change ever setting, to change maps, to send rcon commands, to enable/disable plugins, to restart the server and to edit some config files.
