Hey Mang! is a free, open-source project that allows you to get your manga from your favourite sites.

It supports:

* E-Hentai

And among its features are:
* RSS Downloads (Currently for MangaFox only)
* Update notification
* Path change

You just need to paste the first page of the chapter you want to download and that's it!.
